I am really really tempted by these tapestry kits. When I'm stitching I like to imagin that I'm a medievel lady in my tower room so I think to ne working on something like this would be just perfect!!!!
I love the unicorn one. And the kids can live on hoops for the rest of the month!!!!

Some posh royalty in the 15th century ? You won't be doing much else apart from stitching and dreaming, there is a lot of work in each picture.

Cross-stitch uses embroidery thread and you make a cross and
tapestry, uses wool and you do half a cross stitch, to make a more regid fabric (finished item) you need to do canvas stitch, which looks like half a cross but is more stable on the back. You have more holes per inch and it a thicker fabric - coated in plastic to make a canvas.
