Glad they're working out now, at least you have a headstart on June socks, I putting off because I promised DH some new ones and he has big feet and only likes plain knitted socks, funky colours are ok but just all rib & st st

I hear you! I've just started a third pair for hubby myself. He hasn't graduated to fun colours yet, but I'm doing a twisted cable rib to make it a bit less mind-numbing than plain 2x2. I don't think I could make man-size socks without some interest.
