These are Toe-Up in Lana Grossa 45% Cotton and 42%wool. They've got a lovely silky feel and I thought they'd be nice for Summer.
I used a Turkish Cast on and MakeOne increases for the toes.....
and short-row heels ...

They look nice I've not tried a Turkish cast on yet and you've got a good looking toe there, I think I'll have to give it a go. That's the nice thing about socks, there's always something new to try or play with.

what a lovely colour. I'm far too scared to try toe up socks, let alone scary cast ons!! _________________ Ravelry ID ~ ChristinaJL |

Very fresh and summery! I love the Turkish cast-on. If I hadn't found it, I'm not sure I'd have tried toe-ups a second time! _________________ My Blog: Put a Sock in it |

All my socks used to be short row toes but the Turkish Cast On toe is very much my favourite now. _________________ Kathryn
