Thanks to rsi I've had to curtail my knitting time Sad so I dug out of oblivion a cross stitch kit I begun years ago. It's this one here http://tinyurl.com/cp9ma I'm a bit of a Mr. Men collector and it's really sweet. Sadly I don't like cross stitch enough to invest in all the samplers that Bothy Threads do, but I wish I did!

Oh that is sweet! - I'm doing my first ever cross stitch, and I chose Piglet!!!!! He's coming along quite nicely, but I've realised my eyesight isn't quite what I thought it was!

Cross stitch always looks good, but I hate the charts.

I admire anyone with the patience.

Oh that's just lovely:D Little Miss Uppity was always my favourite - we listened to Pauline Collins on story tape in the car over and over again!

That's a lovely idea for a sampler Very Happy I love cross stitch too but like Noo I struggle with it a bit esp if you're using that evenweave stuff I think it is.

I love cross stitch too, but always find its an autumnal/winter activity for me (typical really - bad light is not good for cross stitching Wink ). And Noo, excellent choice for your first cross stitch snorting
