I have never tried evenwear....it scares me a little.

I have loads of things i want to do i don't think i will ever have to buy another pattern again lol.

I always tend to be sewing something for other people...so i am doing something for me right now it's a All our yesterdays pattern called Saluting the Flag.

I tried it but the eyes are not what they were and when I saw a beautiful bride done on evenweave by a teenager with perfect eyesight I realised I would be better sticking to knitting. Very Happy

So I'm not the only one with unfinished cross stitch Laughing I'm ashamed to admit that I started This one over two years ago to give to my DD on her wedding day. She will be celebrating her 2nd anniversary in August and I still haven't finished it Embarassed Embarassed I gave them This one instead Confused

Janice they are both lovely! I'm ashamed to say that I haven't done any of my wedding sampler, but I still want to - which is a start Smile

Thank so much Willow. I haven't started yet - partly due to surgery/recovery etc and partly because my crafting mojo got up and left me for a while. It has recently returned, but I'm a bit busy at the moment with cardmaking (I'm making some to sell for charity). I tend to do cross stitch more in the autumn/winter months so maybe later in the year Smile but it would be lovely to see some of your work.
