As you may remember a couple of weeks ago I posted about the shootings in a shopping mall close to where I live.

A very good friend of mine has taken the initiative to ask people to knit squares to make up blankets to help comfort those who have lost loved ones - including the shooter's family who are as shocked and bewildered as everyone else by their son's actions, and those who were injured.

If anyone feels like knitting a square or two, even though it all happened a long way away, I would be happy to receive them and pass them on.
