I've been thinking about this too, as it happens. I'd be happy to offer a little yarny something for the draw - maybe open to all who are doing either 12 or 24. Is that OK?  Smile

Sounds good to me Very Happy

For those of you who may not know, my favourite FCS ( the one in my avatar ) was knitting using yarn I won in a competition on Dreamcatcher's blog. It was one of the loveliest surprise parcels I have ever received.

I think it will be really lovely to have more than one prize at the end of the year.

Oh goodness, it had completely slipped my mind that that was the yarn I sent! And I see the avatar every day too  Embarassed Just had a peek at your projects on Ravelry to refresh my memory  Very Happy What a beautiful collection of FCSs too  Very Happy

What a fabulous idea - you are all very, very generous indeed! There might be a prize from me too if I can scrape enough cash together *looks forlorn*  Wink   Laughing

Could I suggest that perhaps you drop me a PM and then I can co-ordinate everything nearer the end of the year? I think that would be the best solution at the moment. We don't want to spoil anyone's surprises now do we?  Wink  Laughing

Is that okay with everyone?

If you like i could design and hopefully cross stitch a little plaque for the prize winners. Would need to know how many to do.

No 4 is in the washing machine, and will be going in the drier as well  Shocked

It's Circular shawl no 2.  YAHOO - it's done Very Happy

I'm almost finished a pair of (altered) fetchings - made a bit longer to suit me.  A real pick me up project, having something finished so quickly.  A new yarn too - Sirdar escape - in purples of course Wink   I'm going to wear them this afternoon.

I'll be delivering the shawl, then browsing a couple of shops - I need a purchase, but don't know what.  It may be a handbag or some cheap and cheerful earrings.  I'll report back later.

Linda

Must be all those pregnancy hormones making you knit faster. Well done on being so prolific, hope some of those knits are for you.
