this book as you may have seen is by Dawn French, a sort of biography, but not quite. in it she writes letters to her nearest and dearest but also a few of her most admired pop stars (madonna gets several of the letters).
I was laughing out loud by page 2 of this book, Dawn has a lovely turn of phrase. As it progresses the book does get a bit more serious but you will still laugh in parts of the book, it may even make you cry in others.
I couldnt put this book down, but had to when it got to 3am and i was far too tired to read any more.
my suggestion is to start it early in the day so you dont stay up all night reading it.
