Oh good...I am glad someone else hates the skin too! Smile

And Jessica..yay..someone else who likes mint sauce on other things as well as lamb!! Smile I love mint sauce on roast potatoes! Smile

Does anyone still have bread sauce with their roast chicken??! I LOVE IT! Smile

yes definitely bread sauce with chicken and onion sauce with cauliflower and apple sauce with pork, sometimes we have two different sauces on the same plate, I am a bit saucy!!!!!!!!!!  Wink
