Here's a rubbish pic of this month's socks:
It's taken on my mobile phone 5 mins ago at 10.30pm. But here is a much better pic of the first sock.
The yarn is my new merino/nylon yarn and is absolutely gorgeous to knit with and as soft, if not softer, than my regular 100% merino which I didn't think was possible. I just love this yarn, my new favorite sock yarn.
It's the August pattern for Sockamania and I'm about to post it onth eGoogle group in a minute. I won't have time to post it tomorrow so doing it tonight.
Also done several mobile phone socks and hair bands for a craft stall at church this week but didn't have time to take pics before I set up the stall. Very busy fortnight and it'll continue to be madness utnil Sunday and next week I'm having a quiet week.

thank you everyone. The yarn is my new sock yarn which is 75% merino and 25% nylon. It's gorgeous to knit with. So incredibly soft with just hte right amount of twist and very smooth. I think I've found the perfect sock yarn.
Preparing to dye up another batch for September's Sockamania PLUS next week, so if you fancy a try of it sign up for the club.
