Just made a large batch of Yarn Yarn Oatie Biscuits (only 2 of us here, and i am on a diet) they are fantastic!!!!!
Also got the blueberry squares in the oven as i type, due out in 10 mins.  This was the recipe from the blog that Terri recommended, they smell delicious.

MMm bet they are yummy.

Funnily enough I have made scones to have with clotted cream and a sponge cake.

The baking muse must be in the air.  Last night I made Banana & Date loaf, shortbread and fairy cakes to take away with us this weekend.  Very Happy

mmmm banana loaf.  The blueberry squares are delicious, but next time i will cut down on the sugar as i did with the oatie biscuits (sorry n) i do find most recipes use too much sugar for me.  I did use the coconut in the oaties too and they are just fab.
