hmmm there's a dilemma...keeping gorgeous handspun for oneself or giving it to MIL for her birthday. Do you think your DH is 'yorkshire' again?
It's totally gorgeous though maybe you could make her a 'kit' of your other bits and tell her it's for a special afghan...
did you finger crochet the yarn before n plying? (I get's it now)

oh, that's a good idea. I've decided she's not having the blue anyway. plus if DH wants me to give her some yarn, I'm taking payment from him first. _________________ Ravelry ID ~ belaybunny |

Gorgeous handspun. Love all yours CJ. You're really on a roll. Not done any spinning int he lat week. Done one bobbin of some merino/bamboo and need to do the 2nd one. Maybe I'll dedicate this evening to spinning. Got too much knitting to do. Waiting for my August Sockamania tester yarns to dry at the moment so I can knit up the socks in the right yarn. Also got some secret knitting to finish so spinning hassuffered a lot lately. _________________ www.annisknittingblog.blogspot.com - My Blog

thanks Anni. it's the tour de fleece spurring me on!!
Here's my latest stuff finished. Just under 700m of light 4ply weight of spunky eclectic merino. I plied together two colourways to get this effect. DH wants this for my MIL now, but I've said only if he orders me some more stuff.

You are so brilliant at spinning CJ - have you thought about opening an Etsy shop? I reckon you would do really really well _________________ Jo |
