If we could keep chit chat to the other threads and just post your starting times in here for the race for life challenge, 'cos they're all getting a bit lost....... and as the prizes are mounting up it'd be awful if a real winner got lost!!!!! You can enter a starting time any time you like, as the point of the challenge is to improve your time and get a little fitter, so the later you leave your starting time post, the less time you have to improve...... but anyone can join in any time!

To recap: the prizes are:-
1st for best percentage improver £50 donation to race for life and £25 gift voucher for getknitted (or anywhere else if you'd prefer!)

2nd for 2nd best improver: £50 donation and £20 voucher

3rd for 3rd best improver: a skein of handpainted sock yarn from Gilraen's stash

Fastest Walker gets a Forest Canopy shawl lovingly made by Joy.

Mr A and I regularly walked 5km on holiday. It used to take around an hour, and I am just aiming to dip under that I think.
