I engraved my medal today with my name, the date and the time it took.  I was incredibly pleased with my time becase it would have been so easy to give up the training, but I didn't, I carried on and have raised something like £335 for Cancer Research.

P.S.  I would like to offer free engraving on any Race for Life medals.  Just pm me.
