Why oh why has all my side bar page elements (lots and lots of them) ended up at the bottom of my main blog page.  I have not dragged anything to my knowledge, in fact when you look at the base page (to customise), everything is where it should be?

Does anybody know - or is this the reason people leave blogger?

I'll take a look at it in a while.  When this happened before it was to do with extra html that had somehow got in and upset the layout.

Jacquie - I have done it, the last post I managed to encode it differently - I think - I really don't understand what I am doing.  But I went back through old posts, checked every little thing about them from properties to encoding and somehow it was different.  It now seems to be all back in place.  Thank you very much for looking.   Very Happy

Glad you got it back to normal - the tiniest difference in the coding can produce quite alarming results as you discovered!

Sometimes it can just be that a photo or something is too wide and so the sidebar can only exist when the main page is finished.  It's weird, but then a lot about computers is!!!Wink
