As I have a fabric stash that it considerably larger than my yarn stash, I've made a New Year's resolution to sew some of instead of using it as sound insulation!!
First item is a request by DD and is made from a "scrap" that an on-line friend sent me - of lovely cow fur - it's a very short pile but nice and soft!

I'll try to get a modelled shot when she's more cooperative!
The pattern is from Ottobre magazine Autumn 2004 - I made a 104 width and 110 length for my diddy 5 year old.
I was especillay pleased with myself because I remembered how to put a zip in without having to watching this brilliant video!
