When OH bought me my sewing machine 2 years ago I bought a cushion pad, some Christmassy fabric and a zip - with the intention of making the cushion that Christmas. Erm, well - better late than never - I finally made it today  Very Happy  My second time of putting a zip in - I had a few 'issues' with it - then suddenly realised how I should be sewing it on and it's come out ok. I used some basting tape which I got today - it's great stuff. I'll take a photo later. It's red one side and green with a fun snowman print on the other side. I've got plenty left so I might make another one.
