I've finished my first pair for August. Its the checkmate pattern from a Knit today sock supplement earlier in the year and they are knitted in a single hank of Lorna's lace shepherd sport in black purl. The pattern for the heel doesn't quite work as printed as they seem to have missed out a slipped stitch.
I have another couple of pairs on the needles so hopefully I can get at least another pair done this month
