im laura im 31 and i have 2 boys ben 3.5 and keon 1.5 years and yes they keep me busy although im now enjoying a wee break in the week as ben has now started nursery 12.5 hrs and so its just me and my youngest hurrah ..so more time to get on with knitting
ive have also self taught myself to crochet properley recently i couldnt follow patterns before as i didnt know what each of the stitches where even though i could do them..so im very happy to knit and crochet..i live in a smallish terraced victorian house in rochester kent which is quite a historical place with a castle ruin and a cathedral, im happily married to dh dave who is a mot tester and car mechanic and earns just about enough very fortunatly for me to be a stay at home mum until the boys are starting school..i used to work in the art sector and my last job was working sellin art material supplys which included selling..wait for it..yarn..knitting needles and all things knitting, as well as all things crafty cross stitch card making etc..and it was a dream job and i was thrilled when i got it i was there for 4 years in total and hope to go back !
my other hobby which is unfortunalty been hybernatting for 2 years is cross stitch i dont have the time ..next year i promise to take less time knitting and get back to my cross stitch wwips
anyway sorry for the epic..looking forward to getting to know you xx

Hello Laura, and a warm welcome to the forum.
You are a neighbour of mine as I'm also in Medway
I hope your little boy is enjoying being all grown up and going to nursery! _________________

| Hi and welcome to the forum. Sounds like you had a great job before having your boys. I've a hibernating cross stitch project too, but mine has been like that for over 6 years, ever since my youngest son was born. |
