I thought I'd start a thread for my July spinning if that's ok.   Laughing  Wink

Here's my pink shetland - 28wpi, so laceweight

And my Spunky CorriePaca - 20wpi, so not sure if this is heavy laceweight or 4ply.   Laughing

I'm now spinning my spunky june club fibre which is merino/mohair.  I've actually spun a whole bobbin of this since the photo was taken though.

Gorgeous yarns from both of you CJ and Sprite! I am extremely impressed with how quickly you have both taken to this spinning lark Smile

thanks everyone.   Very Happy

Sharon, I love your batt too, I think the colour is great.  You seem to be getting on really well with your new wheel.  I'm very envious though and want a new one too.   Twisted Evil  Razz  Rolling Eyes  Laughing

They all look fab. I am jealous as I have no time for spinning at the mo.  Sad

Thanks! Your spinning is lovely too Very Happy  I do love my Rose - although I do feel a tiny bit guilty about how much it cost  Confused - but hopefully it will last me a long time!

I really want to get some carders now and have a go at blending some different fibres. I might treat myself next payday  Rolling Eyes

well, my first attempt at navajo plying was interesting.  not sure I'm that keen on how it looks but never mind.  here's the first skein of my spunky eclectic fibre club spun up, one more to do, but I'm waiting a day or two for the singles to be less energised on the bobbin.   Laughing  Laughing

And this is currently OTB - more spunky stuff, but bFL this time.   Razz
