Actually I can't really claim to be 'making' it since it is a skirt kit from Liberty - it has an elasticated/shirred waist and I just need to sew up the side. Going to do it by hand tho cos it will be quicker than getting the machine out and working out how to use it Laughing




I MIGHT make both of them but the one I'm doing first is the purple/green/white one. I'd better press them too Laughing  Laughing

I've finished the first one!! Shocked I didn't realise it wouldn't take that long Laughing

Will try and get some shots tonight but in the meantime might hang them outside a la minniemoll Razz

Not sure about the red/green one made up - it looks a bit frumpy Evil or Very Mad  Mad I think it LOOKS like it's been sitting in my cupboard for 15 years!!!! (which it as of course LOL!!) Maybe better as cushion covers Laughing

They are lovely, i think the red would look lovely with a plain vest top and a lightweight cardi... don't think frumpy and 15 years old, think RETRO baby! Laughing Very Happy
