OK, I've finished my shawl so I can concentrate on March's block now. I've got one square underway and will try to do another few before Monday evening.

I love log cabin variations - and yours is no exception.  Great colours too Smile

I might have to pretend March never happened.  I have an idea, but it's just not geling into a practical thing to make.  I want to do Elpis the reek goddess of Hope trapped inside Pandora's box or - as I have discovered through extensive Internet research -more accurately Pandora's jar.  But how do you show something inside something else that ie not see through, and I can't find a picture of what she was supposed to look like anyway - maybe I should just do the jar, then I wouldn't have to worry about either of those things Rolling Eyes

Carolinne - I suspect my blocks are like buses - you won't see one for months then they all turn up at once!

If you don't mind then I shan't give up :

I think that's lovely Mogie btw.

Isn't funny how sometimes an idea keeps going round your head but never quite works, and then suddenly at the last minute you have a completely new idea that has you in your craft area straight away looking for the right fabrics, scissors and cutting board.

I had a much simpler idea that I think represents hope in another way - I give you - The Light at the End of the Tunnel.
