dont panic I haven't finished it!

This is how far I have got today, I now need to sew all the bits together.  I know its not in the theme of "hope" but I really couldnt come up with anything for that so I thought I would do easter.

That's pretty. You could always say you were "hoping" for a chocolate egg Wink

That's gorgeous Binty and if the message of Easter isn't about Hope then I don't know what is. I think that's the whole point of the Easter story if I remember my Sunday School classes  Wink

I like the colours and the flowers are as Cazzie says so springlike! Makes me think of chocolate LOL

That is lovely - and I can see a connection with hope - either easter or spring  are both about looking forward.  Not sure that makes sense to any one else but I know what I mean.  Confused

Absolutely Easter is to do with hope and new beginnings and stuff.

I love the 3d effect and the grading of the colours on the egg itself.

I am getting s glimmer of an idea for mine but nothing that I can commit to fabric just yet.

Binty I love it...the egg reminds me of those hard boiled ones we used to 'marble' at school....it's fab.
