Mogiebear, yours is lovely, I like the contrast of colours and patterns. Carolinne, yours is beautiful, what an intricate design, and so mysteriously romantic too!
Yours is lovely too Binty, I like the two hearts intertwined, and what neat stitching.
I have crocheted quite a few squares in my romance colours, but I'm away from home at the moment and only have my phone to take a picture, so I'm going to wait until tomorrow afternoon and hope to get a better shot of the colours in daylight.
I am finding this Babette blanket very addictive, I keep thinking "just one more square" and I really enjoy choosing the colours for each one. I'm really pleased with how it has turned out so far. _________________

Oh My! what lovely blocks all!
Thanks for posting a bigger pic Mogiebear - the clever construction is much clearer.
caroinne that is gorgeous and it must have taken ages! The shaded thread really brings it to life.
Binty, yours is lovely too - beautiful quilting! _________________ Jacquie

OMG, OMG I'm late, I'm late!
Here are my Romance squares for February:
I haven't shown them with the January squares but in principle they are block 3 of the Babette blanket and one square of Block 4. I thought it might be good to just show the squares for each month so that the finished blanket comes as a surprise.
I'm thinking about Hope now....what a difficult topic to interpret in yarn! _________________
