December Sockamania pattern - Snowflakes in Town and Country.
Sockamania January pattern - dropstitches. Admiral yarn
Bartholemew's Tantalizing socks from "New Pathways for Sock knitters".

Little basic sock, trying to use up scraps!

You've been busy!
Lots of lovely socks to snuggle into (I must do myself some snowflakes, it is such a pretty pattern)

Great socks Mogie! I love the Snowflake pattern.
How did you get on with the Bartholemew's Tantalizing sock? Its the one I want to try first from the book, but some people on Ravelry have said there were mistakes in the pattern and also that the fit of the finished sock was a bit odd. Just wondered what you thought Mogie before I give them a go _________________

I saw the thread on Ravelry, but forgot to read it
There may have been a mistake in the linen stitch, but I think it was just me not paying attention as I was recovering from flu.
They are for my 3 year old - they seem to fit him okay, but my gauge was off/ hadn't measured round his foot properly, so they are a bit tight and the next size up would have fitted better. But I find that fitting socks to his feet is ver hit and miss , anyway.
That said - he loves them,
I was going to knit some for me in this pattern next. _________________

That's an awful lot of lovely socks!
What are your views on the Cat Bordhi book? I've had it for ages and haven't done anything from it yet. I've heard mixed reviews. |

All very lovely! Do you remember what the yarn is for the tantalising socks? I really like those colours _________________

It's the remains of the Inka 100 I used last month- just threw the ballband in the recycling so not sure of the no.
