Babies Smock Jacket in Fabel Superwash from an old Patons 3ply pattern

I hope the kind member who sent me the yarn wasn't expecting to see socks. I'm hopeless at getting the heel neat so I came up with this.

That is gorgeous Jeanette. The feather and fan pattern really accentuates the striping in the yarn.

That looks really nice. Such a good use of sock yarn - don't think I know of any babies to knit for, unfortunately.
