The knitting is finished I've got to graft the toes & sew in the ends (in my lunch break) before washing & blocking them as soon as I get in from work. Pics will be taken tonight & then they're off to their new home tomorrow evening when we go & see the birthday girl.
I've really enjoyed making them & they're possibly my favourite pair but (and it's a big but) I HATE knitting to deadlines. I'm definitely going to try & get a boxes of gifts done in advance this year to remove the stress.

Thanks guys. I love the pattern & have the same yarn in Flamingo for myself but I've got narrower feet so it won't work in that yarn. I'll have to wait until I get either 5 1/2, 7, 8 1/2 or 10 spi with another yarn/needle combination.
The colours weren't deliberately matched with her dog but the dog was fussing around as MIL was modeling them so she was included & we noticed the similarity. _________________ Cheers
