I've often been tempted to make this Farmgirl but never got round to it.  Might have to try it next time I cook a ham (although we are a bit hammed out after Christmas Smile )

I made two of the Ginger Ale ones, one for Chrissie and a larger one for New Year's.. Have to say I am not a ham lover but everyone said they were fantastic.  Definitely one to do again.
