Ok, so the prizes for end of sockamonth are shown in the post below. The prizes reflect the pairs completed by entrants for each category, so bronze has enough yarn for three pairs of socks, silver six pairs, and Gold twelve.
I wil add sticky's for entrants for each category, and these will be locked on the first of january by me, after which the draw for each prize will take place.
To be entered in a category, just add your name into the relevant entry category post. It will be really helpful if the threads are kept to names of entrants rather than any other comments if thats ok with everybody! there is no need to post photos as they will be in previous threads. If you're unsure whether you will achieve the next category up prior to the new year, please wait till then to post your name as entrant to either category. So for example if you have made 5 pairs of socks so far and are unsure if you will manage a sixth, wait till the end of december before you decide which category. This will avoid the mods having to delete entries and moving members to alternative categories.
It would be great if you could post the number of pairs completed along with your name:-)
Ok, I think thats it, any questions, give me a shout!!!
Bronze prize is some opal dk, hipknits sock, and posh Lucia
Silver prize is some opal 4ply, regia ringels, tofutsies, jitterbug, posh emily, and Yarn yard merino.
Gold prize is opal magic, fabel sock, regia design line, lornas laces shepherd sock, tofutsies, fleece artist, cth louet gems, skein queen sock,Yarn yard merino tencel, posh lucia, posh emily, posh helena

Those prizes are amazing!
Are we just limited to one category? so we have completed 12 pairs, we should just enter for gold (i'm thinking of fairness to others who haven't completed...to give those with 6 or 3 pairs more of a chance in the relevant categories...even though 12 pairs covers all sections...please stop me from rambling but ykwim lol)
I'm not actually editting this thread but just wanted to say I think I get it now Duh brain me lol _________________

What a wonderful selection of yarns - I can already hear the furious clicking of a 1000 dpns as everyone makes that final push to get into the next category
Thanks so much terri! _________________ Jacquie

They are indeed a wonderful selection of yarns but I'm afraid no matter how hard I click I won't progress past 3 pairs
Which is good 'cos I like the bronze prize specially ...........
Thank you very much from me too!
