I used to have a recipe for this, and I've lost it!

I've looked on the net and all the ones I can see have either eggs or fresh cream or both.

Mine had Evaporated milk, condensed milk, whiskey and coffee granules. I don't think there was anything else in it, but I could get very very tiddly experimenting Laughing

Has anyone got an egg free, cream free recipe? If you don't put these things in it lasts much longer before it goes off.

I haven't i'm afraid, but i do know how to make yummy sweety flavoured vodka - Murray Mint is our favourite and believe me, it doesn't last long enough to go off Laughing

It has vanilla essence as well I think...

I think it was something like this

1 cup whisky
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 large can evaporated milk (maybe more)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 heaped teaspoons instant coffee granules dissolved in small amount boiling water.

Put in blender and whizz it up together.

...There may have been less condensed milk than this, so I would experiment a bit with the quantities.

Confused

175ml Condensed Milk
300ml Single Cream
3 medium eggs beaten
