I used to have a recipe for this, and I've lost it!
I've looked on the net and all the ones I can see have either eggs or fresh cream or both.
Mine had Evaporated milk, condensed milk, whiskey and coffee granules. I don't think there was anything else in it, but I could get very very tiddly experimenting
Has anyone got an egg free, cream free recipe? If you don't put these things in it lasts much longer before it goes off.

I haven't i'm afraid, but i do know how to make yummy sweety flavoured vodka - Murray Mint is our favourite and believe me, it doesn't last long enough to go off _________________

It has vanilla essence as well I think...
I think it was something like this
1 cup whisky
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 large can evaporated milk (maybe more)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 heaped teaspoons instant coffee granules dissolved in small amount boiling water.
Put in blender and whizz it up together.
...There may have been less condensed milk than this, so I would experiment a bit with the quantities.
