I finished this recently for my sister. It is Haven from Heartfelt by Kim Hargreaves and is knit in Eva 4 ply. It took one skein with 1 metre approx left over. It was a replacement pattern for Knitspot's That Little Scarf as my lace skills were not up to that one in such a short space of time.  Embarassed This pattern I will definitely knit again Smile My Aunt wants one too now Smile

There are more pics on my blog Smile

Following on from a conversation with Fi a few weeks ago I'm chuffed to find this thread.  I've gone through my Ravelry queue & attached a few free patterns below for those who aren't yet on Ravelry. Some can be made with 4 ply sock yarn & others  DK.

Peekaboos

Woodland Shawl

Urban Necessity

Broad Street Mittens

Hooray For Me Gloves

Have fun!

This comes out lovely with one skein of sock yarn. I made one with some Piece of Beauty yarn.
