I was asking some sewing questions awhile ago about a secret sewing project I was doing. Well, here's the finished item and I'm really pleased with it as its the first time I've followed a pattern properly. The bag is for my swap pal in the Hogwarts Sock Kit Swap and she is really pleased with it. The fabric was from ebay, although the lining material was for a local shop. More details on my blog.

Thanks CJ! We had to make the bag and buy yarn in our pal's house colours. I was paired up with a Gryffindor which is scarlet and gold - I thought the retro fabric was nicer than plain scarlet Smile And the lovely Debbie at Skein Queen custom dyed the yarn for me.
