Hi again, I've transferred over here now that Debs has kindly created a workshoppy space for us! Thanks Debs Very Happy

Lots of interest already in a workshop at Colinette. Just to reiterate I'd like to resurrect the possibilty of a workshop next year. May was our preferred time last year, and indeed it's a lovely time of the year - much better for travelling.

Thanks to Blossom, FatCat, Loobyj and GrannySmith so far!

Me, I'll come. Very Happy But I think you probably knew that anyway!! Wink

I did ask Diane about this previously, so I think we need about 10-12 people. And our previous ideas of workshop topics were intarsia/fairisle, beaded knitting, crochet. Can't remember the rest. Rolling Eyes

I think crochet would be enough for me all on it's own! Wink I know Carola was previously interested too.

I would definitely like to try a bit of fairisle/intarsia...I wouldn't mind learning a little bit of crochet....kind of finishing type stuff...you know doing edgings and things! Smile

I like the idea of going to a workshop. The hubby wants to do some decorating, and I'm awlful to have around when everything is in disaray lol. Perhaps I could book myself in somewhere over a weekend and have a weekend away ??? Shall have to think on that one. Sounds good though lol Very Happy

I would love to come (Colinette!!!) but its a little bit too far for me to come from Yorkshire especially as I don't drive. I shall watch with interest (and a tad of jealousy Very Happy ).

not overly interested in crochet cos I can already do that, but would come along anyhow - see if I was actually doing it right!

beaded knitting would be good, I've never been brave enough to give that a go. But to be honest I'd be up for learning anything, especially if it give me the chance to meet some of you IRL Very Happy

ah yes, should have made it clear that I'm not a definite yet, especially with the distance etc, but I'm up for it in principle - if that's OK.
