Well, here it is, all finished:



Just have to find a frame now (need a 4 x 4in frame, which is not easy to find as they're all made for photos and so are 4 x 6in Rolling Eyes ) so that I can give it to my little granddaughter.

Thanks everyone for your help and advice, and especially Bernie for sending me the kit.

It's only very small (4x4inches) and I'm a bit like that, when I start something I just want to get on with it and I can't put it down until it's finished Laughing Laughing Not always a good idea really as it can become a bit of an obsession Confused

And looking at the photo, I've just noticed a stitch that I've missed - will have to sort that out tonight when I get home

That's superb Sandra! I used to do a fair bit of cross sttich, but I got such a stiff and aching neck from loking down too much - I haven't done any for ages.

It's beautiful.
