Well, I'm about to ignore everything else I have OTN (Twist included) and cast on another CPH (Face? Bovvered? Nope ) I've just bought a couple of 400g balls of Hayfield Bonus Aran in a lovely purpley heathery shade from a shop on my local high street. I didn't need it I only went into the shop just to browse, honest ..... but the moment I saw it I decided it'd be perfect for a CPH and so it came home with me I might try to have it done by Christmas! Or maybe that's just crazy talk
I seem to remember that quite a few of us said we were going to make one, or another one, of these so I thought I'd re-activate the KAL thread _________________

LOL @ FC
It's really weird cos I am thinking of NOT making the one I cast on for a while back I got mine out this morning and I'm just not sure I want another in the Kilcarra/DB Donegal cos it's knit at a bigger guage than the wool really should be IMO and when I wear it on a windy day the wind howls through the little gaps So I might make another but with something knit at a tighter guage. I have some Yorkshire Tweed Aran that would be lovely or some Forsell Touch of Silk but that is like knitting with carpet wool it's so rough
I have actually just completely ignored all my WIPs too today and cast on for TWO things Alex and Sophia just cos I felt like it
Your yarn sounds a lovely colour FC!!!! Go on you can do it - you seriously can with the CPH if you don't get distracted _________________ Ali xxx |

I have some Yorkshire Tweed aran in "Hero", I think Joy made a CPH in this shade. Thanks for the reminder Ali, I may well do another CPH with it _________________
