Well it would be very nice to have a cup of tea with you - no cake for me - and a hug too of course!

Well, just to say I really enjoyed the workshop today, it was very hot so we all sat outside in the garden of laughing hens under a big tree for shade and we learnt lots of things, including a few different cast ons and cast offs, sewing up techniques incuding mattress stitch, and we also did short row shaping and fully fashioned decreasing.
I was very good though and didn't buy anything in the shop We had a nice lunch and lots of chat - I feel absolutely shattered tonight though |

I'm glad you had a good day Jo - it was a nice day in Wales but a bit muggy. It was lovely and cool in the room we were in though. _________________

Sounds like a great day. I did a similar course last year at Spin A Yarn with Clare Crompton (who wrote the Knitter's Bible) and it was brilliant. Learnt so much. _________________ www.annisknittingblog.blogspot.com - My Blog
