wow, some of the radishes I get in my organic box are like that. I'm the only one in the house that likes them though so I have a job getting through them all. Any suggestions (polite only) what else to do with them, gratefully received.

I was wondering what to do with them too - you might be able to stick them in a stir fry? Not sure raddish soup would work haha!

Tried the stir fry option, and in salads (obviously), put them in sandwiches (grated with carrott and cheddar) and even on an omelette with some strong blue cheese but after that?? well....

mmm I see your problem! We've got quite a few of these monsters. I need to sow (haha - I just wrote sew! DOH) some more if the weather gives me a chance anytime soon.

Thanks KLB. I've added that to my favourites and if I can find out what T sugar is I may give that a try next time I've a glut of radishes.
