I find with socks that I start, if it isn't right I frog and start again. Is that swatching? Smile

Laughing It could be, but i do really hate frogging so i'd rather make a tiny swatch first Smile

Thankyou Smile
It's my favourite heel, i love the bulls eye effect and if only i could get rid of the rabbits ears on the middle "corners" i'd be so much happier!! I don't even mind kitchenering you know Very Happy
I love the colours too and i feel so bad for casting on the merino but i just HAD to, it was shouting at me Laughing

Well, i forgot to update, how (un)like me Laughing
I cast on the second sock the other day (can't actually remember when it was now Sad ) and after lots of crafting of various things for various swap parcels i am finally past the heel and making my way down the foot. I REEEEEEEALLY hope i finish it by tonight - it would be such a nice feeling to have finished three pairs in one month Very Happy

Wish me luck girls, i have to pop up the shops and spend my QS voucher and then i am sitting knitting until it's finished!! Very Happy Very Happy
