I've been wearing hte socks today Jo and they've stayed up fine. You can always add a rib at the top if you want to but I'm not that keen on ribs.
Joy, the legs are my cheap plastic legs from Ebay. I love them, they make photos so much easier ( and I don't have to worry about shaving my legs before modelling ). Ony problem is that the foot is a bit small and the toes are a bit weird. _________________ www.annisknittingblog.blogspot.com - My Blog

They are both lovely, i love the colour of the Emily though, very vibrant and it suits the pattern really well. Speaking of the pattern... i LOVE it! I so admire all you designers, well done! _________________

Thank you Franney. The Posh yarn (April socks) are Lucia not Emily. But the blue ones which I knitted for my daughter, Emily, (getting confused? I am ) are Yarn Yard. _________________ www.annisknittingblog.blogspot.com - My Blog
