Temptress! I've just ordered 6 balls - even with postage it's still only £4.00 a pair of socks. It's just so easy to point and click.
Thanks for the tip. _________________

Ooo those were quick!
You can tell we're off school at the moment - I got an hour in when I took the kids go-karting and the Bouncy Catle playscheme meant an hour and a half of uniterrupted knitting I mananged another hour or two whilst they went on the Adventure playground at Harewood too
Now, have we another holiday before then end of May? I think so - might just get the May ones done then!!!
Liz
xx
PS forgot to say the almost-match at the toes is purely conincidental - there was a knot and a jump in the pattern on one sock and they came out pretty much the same by the toe!
I got a pair of kids size 12.5 out of one ball of Fabel and about 2 yards of the second ball - next time I'l made the legs a bit shorter! |
