I would love to claim x stitch as my work pictish but no, it is the one from the mag. All her work is beautiful but if you are a doggie person the ones of all different breeeds is exceptional. They look like portraits. My cross stitch is passable as long as you don't look at the back . It is a while since I have done any.
The Barry king charts really push buttons for me and I am going to write to the mag to see if there is a site that I can go on to see his work.
Either that or I will just need to go to Australia (Iwish) |

Well best of luck with the mag .
I do a bit of cross stitch now and again but mostly medieval type designs. I got Mr Pictish into it and said 'now try and keep the back of your work fairly neat' - well, when I looked I nearly passed out - the back of his was neater than the front of mine I'm not kidding He plans it all like a military operation. Men eh _________________ Ali xxx |

I'm just catching up with all the posts I missed this morning.... what a wonderful painting Jeanette!! I wish I could paint but I'm rubbish at things like that unfortunately.
My oldest son painted a magnificent water colour picture for his 2007 calendar at school (which was a present for us at Christmas), so I think that he's the artist in the family _________________ Melody's blog

I love both the painting and the cross stitch versions. The judges were fools. Why does it matter if you have a different size jar, surely its what is inside that needed judging
