Don't worry Fi - I won't be showing the socks until they're finished. DH has been taking pics of the various stages so I'll be able to show a montage on my blog Smile

Looking forward to seeing what you come up with. Smile

I'm going to try your suggestion for taming the yarns when knitting two socks together. Well, when I eventually get around to starting hubby's socks, that is....

Well I'm on the way to finishing them as I turned the heel last night. Just have the gusset decreases to do & then up the leg until I run out of yarn.

The foot & tiny heel fit DH really well Smile

Oh Fi that doesn't bring up a good image. DH bless him can do many things but dancing isn't one of them Shocked He normally manages to smash something so we all keep out of his way now Rolling Eyes

Nearly there keep going and think of the points you will score with DH. He might let you by some more yarn hee hee.

Luckily we each have our own spending money for the month so he doesn't stop my buying yarn. BUT that doesn't stop him moaning when I do get more....

The gusset decreases are done & I've now got to go up the legs.

However haven't done any for the last couple of days as we're finally getting somewhere with our house move Very Happy

Briefly - Nearly. Our buyer is an absolute pain & was dragging things out until the end of May as he's in rented. He's now been given an deadline of March 12th to exchange or it's back on the market. If so we'll complete the last week of March widegrin
