They are both lovely. Isn't it amazing how the same garments, made from the same pattern can look so different, and unique |

Umm well, slight hiccup - I did the bands in double crochet, and have finished them, but now I don't like how they look, so I am going to rip them back and redo in the original ribbing, as I think it will look better. It's a bit of a design feature in this hoodie and it just doesn't look right in crochet. Oh. well, live and learn LOL. Only another two nights _________________

That's what I thought, too. I was going to try blocking them but overnight I have realised that I'm just not happy with how they look. Then I looked again at Terri's and I think that compared with hers the crochet bands are too firm and don't go with the drape of the fabric. Hers looks much nicer than mine does atm. I'd rather redo them than spoil it, as you say - and it won't take long. _________________

I've had mine on today because it's freezing here! It's lovely and snuggly, but the hood is MASSIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! absolutely no way the hood is useable _________________ Terri xx |

I don't use the hood on my CPH much but it's a bit pointless having a hood you don't want to use at all _________________ Ali xxx |

I like the way a hood makes an extra layer across the top of my back, even if I don't want to use it properly as a hood. I find it very cosy
