Not started anything yet but might try and give one or two things for people. Would like to make a scarf and gloves/mittens for my neice, maybe a blanket for my grandad but i will crochet that.
I have a few gifts planned that aren't for christmas so have to get them out of the way first.

There isn't really anyone in my family who would appreciate a knitted pressie for thingmas , so the only things I will be doing are knitted tree decorations that I will mount in cards for my Lacemaking friends. _________________ Ravelry id : Modelwidow |

I am doing really well, but I do feel a bit like a hamster irunning round in a wheel My pressies so far, turtles cushion for son, 2 hats and 2 fingerless mitts for daughter's best friend, hat for mum. I want to do a few more pairs mitts/gloves for mum and daughter and a hot water bottle cover. I am thinknig of attempting a moebius scarf too, never tried one. I also just cast on a jumper for me to do in between as I never get anything done for myself. So far this year I have finished around 55 items, but a lot are small. I did 28 hats and I can do one of those in a night _________________ Liz |

55??? You're a knitting machine missus
Well done on all the Christmas pressies but don't overdo it and get stresed - I definitely think it's a good idea to make something for yourself as well - what pattern are you doing Liz? _________________ Ali xxx |

I bought the freedom spirit book and started the "sweater with lacy yoke" in destiny, it's a lovely shade. I could do virtually all of the patterns in that book, some really nice ones
