I saw the Target Practice socks on Knitty today and I'm itching to cast on. But, not a decisive day for me, can't choose a yarn Rolling Eyes

- help?

I've got it down to these five. But I can't decide whether to go for something with a wider range of colours (the top three here) or something that's more subtle (the bottom three). Let alone which to choose from there! Help me choose, pleeeeeeaaasse? Very Happy

Top row, L to R - Yarn Yard Wheelie Bin (I think), Fyberspates Dream Yarn Grenada and another Yarn Yard, unnamed.

Bottom row, L to R - Cherry Tree Hill Caribou Creek and Indie Dyer Nightshade.

Bum, should've done this as a poll shouldn't I? Rolling Eyes

I was looking at the pattern for those yesterday they look cool! I'd personally go for something a bit more subtle - the bottom left one is lovely.

So far we're not helping are we?!

- but it could knit up sort of camouflagy iyswim - not what you'd want with a target is it really, camouflage Laughing

Just to be awkward - I'm with Linz. But then I couldn't hit a barn door with a banjo, so I'd need a nice bright target.

eta pretty cool socks aren't they.
