|
|
Hi all, i wanted to pick your brains for ideas
I made some blueberry muffins earlier in the week, unfortunately no-one likes them so i was wondering if I could reuse them in another recipe? I could only think of trifle which I dont like either.
So any ideas? Something with apple maybe like a kind of pud to have with custard?
Thanks all

What about a kind of bread and butter pud type thing, only using sliced up muffins instead of bread? You could spread the muffins with apple puree instead of butter _________________ "I can resist everything except temptation" - Oscar Wilde.

Or slice them, bake them in layers with fruit and topped in custard - bake slowly.....mmmmmm! _________________ Claire
