Hi all, i wanted to pick your brains for ideas

I made some blueberry muffins earlier in the week, unfortunately no-one likes them Sad so i was wondering if I could reuse them in another recipe? I could only think of trifle which I dont like either.
So any ideas? Something with apple maybe like a kind of pud to have with custard?

Thanks all Very Happy

What about a kind of bread and butter pud type thing, only using sliced up muffins instead of bread? You could spread the muffins with apple puree instead of butter  Confused
