I always need to wind down when I get home from work - a few minutes online does the trick. Day sleep is never the same as night sleep, and it's more difficult to sleep properly when it's hot like this too.

My aches and pains have worn off though thank goodness.

I meant it in the nicest way, i just can't believe you did the RFL and then went to work for a night shift!!! Shocked
