Yarn Buying Lockdown for MelodyThat's it.... I can't do it any more.
I am officially on yarn buying lockdown until further notice. I am absolutely skint after today's escapades at the crochet workshop and late night buying on eBay last night (lovely though my purchases are I might add  )

Lockdown until woolfest for me! I can't actually get to stuff in the stash cupboard any more

I haven't bought wool but I did buy 4 pattern books in the Knit Tin sale. I got RYC Holiday, La Bella Vita, Enigma and DB The Cashmere Collection. That way I have to use some stash.
I also bought some pearls to make jewellry.
All under £20

I'm with you as well. I am now officially skint as well and now have what can only be described as a yarn mountain...(well considering the speed in which I actually knit anything).
I've tried stashing before but this time it is serious.

I wish I'd bought the Patons Diploma DK in black to make myself an Autumn sweater before I decided on lockdown though.

How long are you fasting for Debs? I am trying to resist until June, but not doing too well at the moment. The Jojoland stuff on ebay is becoming more and more tempting by the day  Especially at the moment with the exchange rate so good

I just looked back at my last yarn purchase on eBay and found to my surprise that I haven't bought any yarn for 22 days - I haven't even been tempted which is a minor miracle.
This yarn buying lockdown is serious stuff *nods head*

I do need a day off though cos I've got my eye on some more Denim Tweed for another Vanessa and the Teatime cardigan from one of the RYC books. But they are for planned projects. For work. Does that count?
