All bought, wrapped and labelled. Shocked

Now I just have to finish the knitted items Confused

I did 2 trips into the city centre today - rather than overloading myself on one trip. Left DH at home, but phoned and told him to put the kettle on, had a coffee and went back out again.

Far too much OTN again though - and loads of ends to sew in too Embarassed

2 scarves need the ends sewn in
1 saartje bootee to make, then 2 to sew up
matinee jacket needs about an hour to finish the main part, then the borders
baby cloak / cape thing needs about another 2 hours knitting time
baby shawl still needs the ends sewn in and pressed
DD's big jacket will be getting my attention for the next 3-4 weeks

I'll need to cast on another scarf but it's not for thingmas. Travel knitting!!

I keep going to town but Ive got no ideas and either end up in the dress shops, the yarn shop or the coffee shop!!!

I think I will be rushing round in a panic in a few weeks time, I can't get my finger out either. I've been into town twice with my mum with mind of getting started properly and come back with 2 items. I've not brought a scrap of wrapping paper either.

It doesn't help that my list of christmas gifts to make is grwoing rather than reducing.

I'm going to LLandudno with my mum today there is a celtic craft fair on so we want to go have a look round that, then into town if we have enough time. Hopefully I can get a good start on things today.

I've almost finished, just got to get some choc for my DD and her DH and their little ones, and some vouchers for teenage neices and nephews (would like to buy them actual gifts, but it is impossible to know what they like so unfortunately they get vouchers), and then I'm finished buying.

Haven't wrapped or labelled a thing yet and still have to write the cards, but think it's a bit early for that yet.

I did a bunch of Amazon shopping this morning (via nectar e-stores so will get some points back for that Wink

) and there's just my parents and two nephews left to do. Oh, plus a pile of cards to make and send!! Shocked
