The Memory Keeper's Daughter

Just finished this book and it was brilliant. Very sad story but so well written and impossible to put down! The whole book is about the consequences that follow on from one man's well-intentioned misjudgement. If only I could remember the author's name... Kim something...Edwards?....Graham?
It's widely available as it has been a No 1 bestseller.

Is that the one where he tells the wife that the daughter has died???? I've seen it on amazon but it was a while for delivery when I last looked!

I've just started reading this. It's of particular interest to me as my darling little granddaughter has Down Syndrome - her mum has just finished it and says it's a really good book, and I'm enjoying it so far.

- Terri, I bought it in Tescos, it cost less than £4 so probably cheaper than Amazon too.

I started this book this morning and am really enjoying it......I hope it isn't too sad; I just finished The Year of Magical Thinking and it was very sad.
